Deputies in Mecosta County believe alcohol is a factor in a two vehicle crash Friday evening.
It happened on Taft Road near New Millpond Road.
An investigation found that a 30- year old woman from Big Rapids ran the stop sign and struck a vehicle driven by a 44- year old woman from Big Rapids.
The 30-year old driver was taken by Mecosta Co EMS to Corewell Health Big Rapids for non-life threatening injuries.
