With over 20 years in the broadcasting industry, Etch brings a refreshing sense of realism to the radio. With a "whatcha see is whatcha get," approach, Etch has entertained listeners from Michigan to Virginia. He got is start in Ludington back in 2002 on WMOM and left for college in Florida to pursue a degree in Audio Engineering. After graduation, he had the privilege of working on over 60 television shows, touring with countless nationally renown bands and credits on 3 feature length movies. After following his heart back to radio, Etch now calls Big Rapids his home with his wife, daughters and small army of dogs, cats and a ferret named Rocket!

Brandon Wirth is the newest host on Big Country, leading the newly dubbed program called "The Afternoon Ride with Brandon." As a lifelong West Michigan native, Brandon serves with a infotainment-esque approach behind a strong community-oriented background in news, sports, and entertainment. He began broadcasting in 2022 as a station intern and now serves as the network's "go-to info guy" and a well-experienced high school and college sports broadcaster. Brandon is a former student athlete at Ferris State University and Reed City High School. Off the microphone, he enjoys being outdoors, including fishing, hunting, snowboarding, rock climbing, disc golfing, and attempting to not launch clubs on the links.

Tracy Lawrence is the host of Honky Tonkin’ with Tracy Lawrence, a three hour weekend radio show. Lawrence was raised in Foreman, Arkansas, and sang in the church choir. He started working in “honky tonks” when he was 17 years old and moved to Nashville in 1990. He recorded his first album and the future looked bright until, on May 31 1991, he and his girlfriend were accosted by four thugs in a hotel parking lot. He suffered gunshot wounds and his album was put on hold for five months while he recovered. Sticks And Stones sold over 500, 000 copies and he had country hits with the Billboard chart-topping title track, ‘Today’s Lonely Fool’, ‘Runnin’ Behind’ and ‘Somebody Paints The Wall’.

Steve Harmon graduated from State University of New York-Adirondack with thoughts of being the guy "recording the bands and acts in a studio." Turns out the students in his classroom doing little shows at the college radio station were the ones having the most fun. So, he started "hanging out" with them. One day a student and college radio station host called in sick. They asked Harmon to fill in, and...that was that. He has never stopped or done any other job.

Harmon has successful years at KPLX-Dallas, KNIX-Phoenix, WXTU-Philadelphia & Westwood One as a top-rated Morning Show Personality. He is a CMA Award Winner and Lifetime Member, having Reba herself call his name and hand him the precious award. Just a few years ago, the Country Radio Hall of Fame committee called to congratulate him on being one of the very, very few inductees into their Hall of Fame! After many years in Texas Radio in Dallas and Fort Worth, the Texas Radio Hall of Fame committee called to say he had been inducted in their Hall of Fame! There are few if any Country stars since the 1980s Harmon has not gotten the chance to interview and get to know. "I can't sing or play an instrument, but I can ask questions like crazy!"

Harmon is also a category 5 cyclist, riding hundreds of miles a month. He is one of the creators of the Ride DCC with the Miami Dolphins to raise funds to fight Cancer. As of 2024 they have raised over $75 million dollars for cancer research.

He has no "plan B," entertaining on the air is what he has always wanted to do.
